摘要:
胶带机设备在钢铁企业运用广泛,在矿物运输上是关键主线设备,胶带机故障将会影响前后工序的正常运转甚至生产中断,对企业生产将造成较大的损失与影响。其中胶带机撕裂故障是长期困扰设备人员的一大难题,如何做到可靠准确对撕裂故障检测与报警,是钢铁企业亟待解决的问题;该文通过对胶带机撕裂故障的分析,利用胶带机撕裂后会造成落矿和不同矿物有不同导电性能这一特点,基于 555 时基触发电子技术,设计出一种适用于运输金属矿物胶带机的撕裂保护检 测装置,该检测装置构成简单,动作可靠,成本较低,有较大推广运用及商业价值。
Abstract:
Belt conveyor equipment is widely used in steel enterprises and is a key mainline equipment in mineral transportation. Belt conveyor failure will affect the normal operation of the front and rearprocesses, and even production interruption, causing significant losses and impacts on enterprise production. The tearing fault of the tape machine has been a major challenge for equipment personnel for a long time. How to achieve reliable and accurate detection and alarm of tearing faults is an urgent problem that steel enterprises need to solve. This article studies the tearing faults of tape machines for many years.Based on the characteristics of material falling after tearing, a technology using electronic chip detection has been developed. Through on -site actual testing and experiments,it is suitable for tearing protection of metal mineral tape machines for transportation. This technology has a simple structure,reliable opera- tion,low cost, and great promotion and commercial value.
