该文主要介绍了SF6密度控制器及阀类产品的检漏方法、检漏结果的相互换算等,阐述了各种检漏方法优缺点,对包扎检漏法中高低温检漏问题和漏气率的计算公式等进行了讨论。
Abstract:
The article mainly introduces detecting leakage methods for SF6 density monitor and SF6 valve, mutual conversions for different detecting leakage methods and results. It states the merits and demerits of different detecting leakage methods,and also discuss high-low temp. detecting leakage issues in packing detecting and design formulas for leakage rate.
