摘要:
EAMA(EAST Articulated Maintenance Arm)是用于对EAST(Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak)进行快速维护的机械臂系统,而EAMA真空存储仓系统是EAMA系统的重要组成部分,包括真空、冷却、烘烤、安全联锁等子系统。针对EAMA真空存储仓系统硬件设备多,控制流程繁琐,安全要求高等特点,基于西门子PLC设计和实现了EAMA真空存储仓的控制系统,使几个子系统间有效地协调运行,子系统内部的控制流程逻辑清晰,自动化程度高,提高了EAST维护效率,并通过测试证明了整个系统实现了预期的设计目标。
Abstract:
EAMA(EAST Articulated Maintenance Arm) is a rapid inspection and maintenance robot which is used for EAST(Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak) vacuum vessel. EAMA CASK storage system is an important partwhich includes a pumping system, cooling system, baking system and the security interlock to EAST main control system. This paper presents the architecture and detail development of the EAMA CASK control system with Siemens PLC.The EAMA cask storage control systems based on PLC, achieved the desired design objectives.
