摘要:
“华龙一号”核电项目没有对安全相关仪表管线设计进行系统的分析和研究。从标准法规出发,借鉴M310和AP1000的设计经验,对安全级仪表管阀件的分级和选型、仪表管线的应力分析进行重点研究,提出了适用于“华龙一号”项目的安全级仪表管线设计方案,该方案成功应用于福建福清核电厂5/6号机组,满足了核安全局的监管要求,也为同类型工程设计提供了可借鉴的经验。
Abstract:
Design for safety instrument tube in HPR1000 was not systemically analyzed and researched.By analyzing the requirements for safety instrument line design of the standards,and absorbing design experience in M310 and AP1000,a design proposal for HPR1000 safety instrument tube has been put forward, which is based on the in-depth study of classification and selection of safety classified instrumentation installation materials, as well as the stress analysis of safety instrument line. The design proposal has been applied in Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant Unit 5/6, which can meet the regulatory requirements of National Nuclear Safety Administration, and the method can also provide reference experience for engineering designs of the same type.
