摘要:
设计了一种联网式的智能变压器冲击记录仪,可在线监控变压器运输过程状态。该设备可监控变压器的三轴加速度、角度、位置和速度等数据,通过SD卡存储数据,通过GPRS网络上报数据。当判断危险发生时,发送警报信息至上位机平台,通过平台通知客户处理。设备硬件基于32位STM32F105VC处理器,主要包含六轴传感器模块、GPRS/GPS模块和RS-232通信模块。使用卡尔曼滤波抑制噪声干扰,优化角度计算。设备软件基于μCOSIII实时操作系统,遵循模块化编程思路。经多次测试,设备可完整记录变压器状态并在危险发生时快速
Abstract:
A Network-based smart impact recorder for transformers was proposed, which could supervise the status of transforms on transport online. The device stored the data in SD card and uploaded the data by the GPRS network. The device transmitted the alarm message to the platform when it judged the impact or tilt was occurred and the platform would inform the clients to handle with the problem. The hardware of the smart impact recorder for transformers was based on STM32F105VC MCU. It mainly contains 6-axis sensor module, GPRS/GPS module and RS-232 communication module. Kalman filter was applied in order to reduce the noise and improve the accuracy of calculated angle. The software based on μCOSIII, a real-time operation system ,was programed by module. Validate by many experiment, the smart impact recorder for transformers could record the data wholly and react fast when the danger occurred, besides it run stable and have the value to apply.
