摘要:
电动汽车高压绝缘性能关乎设备安全和人员安全,绝缘电阻测量方法存在检测精度低、无法在线测量、抗干扰能力不强等缺点。该文在深入传统绝缘电阻测量的基础上,结合电动汽车高压系统的特点,提出一种低频低压注入的绝缘电阻检测方法,解决了无法在线实时检测、正负母线对车体绝缘电阻同时下降时无法测量等问题。样机实验结果表明,该方法能够对电动汽车高压系统绝缘性能进行实时在线检测,误差在5%以内,有效低提高了车辆行驶安全性。
Abstract:
The high voltage insulation performance of electric vehicles is related to the safety of the equipment and personnel. The measurement method of insulation resistance has disadvantages such as low detection accuracy, no online measurement, and weak anti-interference ability. In-depth on the basis of traditional insulation resistance measurement is presented in this paper, combining with the characteristics of the electric car high pressure system, puts forward a kind of low frequency low pressure injection insulation resistance testing method, solves the unable to online real-time detection, positive and negative bus for car body fall at the same time you can’t measure insulation resistance, etc. The experimental results show that the method can detect the insulation performance of the high voltage system in real time and the error is within 5%.
