摘要:
传统的仓储管理存在信息化程度较低,系统设备较落后,仓储信息的记录和处理不够有效,在整个物流过程中信息的利用率和流通性较差等问题。针对以上问题,该文采用自动引导车辆(AGV),使其执行工厂和仓库的运输任务,提高物流系统运转的效率和准确度,降低运营成本,规避失误率。采用RFID技术来实现对货物出库入库、货物浏览、人员管理、单品搜索等功能。
Abstract:
The traditional warehousing management has the problems of low informationization degree , backward system equipment, insufficient recording and processing of storage information, poor utilization and poor circulation of information in the whole logistics process. In order to solve the above problems,and adopt automatic guided vehicle(AGV) to carry out transportation tasks of factories and warehouses, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the logistics system operation, reduce operating cost and avoid the error rate.Using RFID technology to achieve the goods out of storage, cargo browsing, personnel management, search for a single product and other functions.
