摘要:
该文针对传统位移传感器响应时间、远距离传输及电磁干扰方面存在缺陷,提出了一种适用于监测混凝土结构伸缩裂缝的新型光纤光栅位移传感器。重点阐述了光纤光栅位移传感器结构设计、工作原理,参照相关标准对传感器性能进行了试验验证,灵敏度为0.051 2 nm/mm,测量精度为0.66%FS。通过工程验证可知,光纤光栅位移传感器及时准确的反映了混凝土隧道工程的实际位移变化情况,能很好地应用于工业与民用结构工程实时在线监测领域。
Abstract:
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional displacement sensor, such as response time, long-distance transmission and electromagnetic interference, a new fiber grating displacement sensor is proposed for monitoring the expansion cracks of concrete structures. The structure design and working principle of FBG displacement sensor are mainly elaborated, and the performance of the sensor is verified by relative standards. The sensitivity is 0.051 2 nm/mm and the measurement accuracy is 0.66%FS.Through engineering verification, we can see that the fiber grating displacement sensor reflects the actual displacement of concrete tunnel timely and accurately, and it can be well applied to the real-time and online monitoring field of industrial and civil structural engineering.
