摘要:
为满足岩石地基、隧道勘查、水利工程等领域对岩石进行抗压实验时需要采集岩石形变数据的需求,研制了一套岩石形变数据的测量装置。该装置通过光栅尺测量岩石形变数据,最后用由ARM和FPGA构成的嵌入式系统对原始数据进行处理,并上传到上位机。该装置具有8路位移测量,量程为15 mm,分辨率为0.5 μm,精度为1 μm。现场使用证明该装置性能可靠。
Abstract:
to meet the rock foundation, tunnel exploration, water conservancy and other fields of rock compressive experiments need to collect rock deformation data needs, developed a set of rock deformation data of the measurement device. The device uses a grating ruler to measure rock deformation data, and finally the original data is processed by an embedded system composed of ARM and FPGA and uploaded to the upper computer. The device has an eight-track displacement measurement with a range of 15mm and a resolution of 0.5um and a precision of 1um. The performance of the device is proved to be reliable.
