摘要:
为了解决飞机刹车系统在地面试验中存在的低精度、高能耗问题,该文设计了基于LabVIEW的机轮转速模拟系统。该系统通过控制伺服电机输出的转速信号来模拟飞机机轮的转动,进而驱动飞机刹车系统的轮速传感器,使刹车系统不依赖于飞机其他系统而可以进行试验。该系统已成功应用于某型飞机的刹车系统地面模拟试验中,试验结果表明,该系统移动方便、易于操作且大大提高刹车系统的研制效率。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of low precision and high energy consumption of aircraft brake system in ground test, this paper designs a simulation system based on LabVIEW.The system simulates the rotation of the aircraft wheel by controlling the speed signal output by the servo motor, and then drives the wheel speed sensor of the aircraft brake system,so that the brake system can be tested without depending on other systems of the aircraft.The system has been successfully applied to the ground simulation test of the braking system of a certain type of aircraft.The test results show that the system is easy to move,easy to operate and greatly improve the development efficiency of the brake system.
