摘要:
该文研制了一种新型的GIS设备气体泄漏检测报警装置,将其安装于GIS设备法兰处,可准确检测气体泄漏情况,并能通过声光信等方式进行报警。该装置内置的抽气泵可将周边的空气通过进气口吸入检测装置内,空气经过隔离板上的气体传感器进行分析。若检测到气体泄漏,气体传感器将检测信息传输给A/D 转换器,通过A/D 转换器将模拟信号转化为数字信号,再通过单片机处理后到达信息分析器对其进行分析。若测量结果超过设定阈值,报警系统启动,蜂鸣器鸣叫,同时警示灯闪烁提醒工作人员进行检修。
Abstract:
A new type of gas leakage detection and alarm device for GIS equipment is developed. It is installed at the flange of GIS equipment. It can accurately detect gas leakage and alarm by means of acoustooptic information. The built-in pump can suck the surrounding air through the air inlet into the detection device, and the air passes through the gas sensor on the isolation plate for analysis. If gas leakage is detected, the gas sensor transmits the detection information to A/D converter, converts analog signal to digital signal by A/D converter, and then arrives at the information analyzer after processing by MCU to analyze it.
