摘要:
在烟草制丝生产过程中,KR-S型辊子输送机用于输送烟包和烟箱,通常工作在具有噪声和粉尘污染严重的恶劣环境下,KR-S型辊子输送机无运行状态监控系统。为了对KR-S型辊子输送机上的物料状况和设备运行状态进行实时监控,利用力控7.0和S7-400 PLC开发与设计了KR-S型辊子输送机运行状态在线监控系统,实现了KR-S型辊子输送机物料状态、设备运行状态和链条松紧状态的监控,提高了设备的自动化程度,可以推广应用于其他类似工况的设备。
Abstract:
In the production of tobacco primary processing, the KR-S type roller conveyor is used to transport tobacco cases and tobacco boxes. It usually works in the bad environment with serious noise and dust pollution, and the KR-S type roller conveyor has no running state monitoring and control system. In order to monitor the material condition and the running state of the KR-S type roller conveyor in real time, the force control 7.0 and S7-400 PLC is used to develop and design the on-line monitoring and control system of the KR-S type roller conveyor running state. The monitoring and control of the material state, the running state of the equipment and the state of the chain tensioning of the KR-S type roller conveyor are realized. The automation degree of equipment is improved, and it can be applied to other equipment with similar working conditions.
