摘要:
为了能够更快、更准确地检测产品是否合格,以及产品的包装是否符合要求,提出了基于PLC的包装防错控制系统。该设计基于TIA Portal V13编程软件实现,以西门子S7-1200 PLC为控制器,西门子触摸屏为可控、可观工具,用以存储、处理和显示相关数据。选用梅特勒-托利多称重设备为重量采集设备,基于SAI协议实现与控制器之间的数据交换,控制器通过处理重量数据,判断产品是否遗漏零件,是否符合产品标准。工人经过光幕取拿产品的标签,使用条形码扫描器扫描说明书并放入包装箱内,控制器通过读取光幕和条形码扫描器的开关量信号判断是否遗漏标签和说明书,最终结合重量信息确认包装的产品是否达到出厂标准。目前该系统已稳定运行,很好地解决了工业生产精度过低、生产成本过高、劳动力损失等问题。
Abstract:
In order to detect the product is qualified more accurately and quickly,or the packaging of product meets the requirements,a PLC-based packaging error control system is proposed.The design based on TIA Portal V13 programming software implementation,and take Siemens S7-1200 PLC as controller,Siemens touch screen for controllable, considerable tools, for which save,process,and display relevant data.Mettler-Toledo weighing equipment was selected as weight acquisition equipment.Data exchange between the controller and Mettler is realized based on SAI protocol.By processing the weight data,the controller determines whether the product omits parts or conforms to the product standards. The worker takes the label of the product through the light screen,uses the barcode scanner to scan the instruction manual and put it into the packaging box. The controller reads the switch quantity signal of the light screen and barcode scanner to determine whether the label and instruction manual is missing or not.Finally,the weight information is used to confirm if the packaged product meets the factory standard. At present, the system has been running stably and solved the problems such as too low precision, too high production cost and labor loss.
