摘要:
高炉鼓风机组是维持高炉正常生产的动力源,当鼓风机组故障停机时,会造成高炉断风,容易导致风口灌渣事故发生,拨风系统是避免高炉灌渣事故的后备保障措施。拨风系统是在不同高炉供风母管之间设置联通阀组,当其中一座高炉断风时,通过打开联通阀组,由其它正常生产的高炉划拨部分风量为其供风,为高炉休风赢得时间,避免灌渣事故,直至备用鼓风机组启动并正常送风时,退出拨风操作。拨风系统是保障高炉安全生产的关键辅助系统,因此,对该系统配置的合理性、控制的安全性的研究,能有效提升高炉生产工艺的安全性、稳定性和连续性。
Abstract:
Blast furnace blower unit is the power source to maintain the normal production of blast furnace. When the blower unit fails to shut down, no air could be supplied to blast furnace, which will easily cause slag filling back to tuyere. The air distribution system is the backup safeguard to avoid blast furnace slag filling back to tuyere.It is equipped with connecting valves between the main air supply pipes of different blast furnaces,When one of the blast furnaces is facing no air, by opening the connecting valves, air is allocated from other normal blast furnaces to provide air for the blast furnaces to gain time for the blast furnaces to shut down and avoid slag filling accidents until the standby blower unit start up to supply air at working condition, then air distribution system stop. The air distribution system is the key auxiliary system to ensure the safe production of blast furnace. Therefore, the research on the rationality of the system configuration and the safety of control can effectively improve the safety, stability and continuity of the blast furnace production process.
