摘要:
在再制造领域中,很多零件由于几何变形而失效,这些零件只需通过机械方法进行变形校正即可再次利用。校正参数必须根据变形程度和材料特性进行计算。采用机器视觉的边缘检测方法获取变形零件的边缘轮廓,得到变形零件的中性层曲线。通过对中性层曲线的曲率进行分析,将非线性的曲率关系分段处理成若干纯弯曲梁段。然后以原始零件的CAD模型为参考依据,通过STL格式的中性文件,计算出零件各处的截面惯性矩。上述2个参数可以作为后续反弯校正的计算依据。
Abstract:
In the domain of remanufacturing, many components are failed of service just because of geometrical deformation.Thesis components can be reused after correcting by mechanical approach. The parameter of correction should be determined according to the deformation extent and material character.A machine vision approach is proposed to obtain the edge contour of a deformed part.At last, the curve of neutral layer is also deduced.By analyzing the curvature of curve,the nonlinear curvature of beam segments is expressed with several pure bending beam segments. And then,according to the original CAD model of component,with neutral file of STL format,the cross-sectional moment of inertia of the section throughout the part can be calculated.Both of the these parameters are the condition of reverse bending correction.
