摘要:
为了研究某新型给水泵最小流量调节阀的流场特性,利用CFD仿真技术对最小流量阀进行流场分析。对最小流量阀的迷宫碟片进行优化设计和试验,并对最小流量阀整体模型进行流通性能验证。分析结果表明,迷宫流道能够很好地实现降压和控速要求,阀门整体流通性能良好,满足工况需求。
Abstract:
In order to study the flow field characteristics of the minimum flow control valve of a new type of feed pump,the flow field of the minimum flow control valve is analyzed by CFD simulation technology.The labyrinth disc of the minimum flow valve is optimized and tested,and the flow performance of the whole model of the minimum flow valve is verified.The results show that the labyrinth flow passage can well achieve the requirements of pressure reduction and speed control,and the overall flow performance of the valve is good,which meets the requirements of working conditions.
