摘要:
为了解决某直升机传动系统试验器中齿轮箱润滑站、液压泵站、多通道力加载站PLC之间的通信问题以及实现上位计算机对该3个站点的集中监控,该文完成了基于S7单边通信协议和Snap7动态链接库的通信设计;现场PLC控制系统之间以多通道力加载站为客户端,通过GET/PUT指令单边通信,读写另外2个服务器的数据;上位计算机软件采用虚拟仪器Labwindows/CVI作为客户端,通过Snap7动态链接库显式调用方式与多通道力加载站服务器通信,读写现场PLC数据。建立的通信系统稳定性好、速度快、通用性好、运行良好,对试验器控制系统通信设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
In order to solve the communication problem between the PLCs of gearbox lubrication station, hydraulic pump station and multi-channel force loading station in a helicopter transmission system tester, and to realize the centralized monitoring of the three stations by upper computer, the communication design based on S7 unilateral communication protocol and Snap7 DLL is completed. The multi-channel force loading station is used as client between the field plc control systems, which communicates unilaterally through get/put instructions and reads and writes the data of the other two servers. The upper computer virtual instrument Labwindows/CVI is used as the client, and reads and writes the data of field three PLCs from the multi-channel force loading station server through the explicit call mode of Snap7 dynamic link library.The communication system established by the above methods has good stability, fast speed, good generality and good operation,which has certain reference significance for the communication design of the tester control system.
