摘要:
井下工具模拟试验装置,实现加热、加载、扭转、钻进、循环等试验功能,综合评价工具性能和可靠性。该文在分析井下工具模拟试验装置的监测控制功能需求的基础上,将模拟试验装置的拉压系统、扭转系统、循环系统、加热系统等子系统功能融合,设计了一种PLC+计算机双冗余、主从控制模式的仪表与计算机监控系统,实时采集试验过程各种测试数据,并进行分析、处理和存储,出具各种图表和试验报告,配合视频监视系统实现安全监测监控功能。该系统投入运行以来,满足拉压扭各种试验工序要求,联锁保护完善,操作简单方便,运行稳定可靠。
Abstract:
The downhole tool simulation test device realizes the test functions of heating, loading, torsion, drilling and circulation, and comprehensively evaluates the performance and reliability of the tool. Based on the analysis of the monitoring and control function requirements of the downhole tool simulation test device, this paper integrates the functions of the tension and pressure system, torsion system, circulation system, heating system and other subsystems of the simulation test device, designs a PLC + computer dual redundancy, master-slave control mode instrument and computer monitoring system, collects all kinds of test data in real time, and analyzes handle and store, issue various charts and test reports, and cooperate with video monitoring system to realize safety monitoring function. Since the monitoring system has been put into operation, it meets the requirements of various test procedures of tension, compression and torsion, with perfect interlocking protection, simple and convenient operation, stable and reliable operation.
