摘要:
为了解决热工车间管理散乱等问题,研究利用数字化技术对热工车间的运营进行管控,该文提出了热工车间数字化管控系统的结构框架,给出了热工车间数字化数据采集内容,分析了热工车间数字化管控系统的组成,描述了数字化管控系统的主要功能及实施效果。热工车间数字化管控系统的应用改变了原有大量工艺规范等文件需要人工录入的现状,显著提高了热工车间数字化管理程度,提高了工作效率,增强了产品质量的可追溯性,使热工车间管理更加科学、规范、有序,为今后智能热工的实施奠定技术基础。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of scattered management in thermotechnical workshop,the operation of thermotechnical workshop were controlled by using digital technology.The structure frame of digital management and control system for thermotechnical workshop was put forward and the content of digital data acquisition in thermotechnical workshop were given.Composition of digital control system for thermotechnical workshop was analyzed and the main functions and implementation effects of digital management and control system were described.The application of digital management and control system in thermotechnical workshop had changed the current situation that a large number of documents such as process specifications need to be input manually. It had significantly improved the digitized management level of thermotechnical workshop, improved work efficiency, enhanced the traceability of product quality, and made the management of thermotechnical workshop more scientific, standardized and orderly. The implementation of intelligent heat treatment laid a technical foundation.
