摘要:
以某空分装置企业的分子筛在再生加热阶段,利用电炉分组控制加热为例,该文介绍了分子筛的作用、工作步骤、加热阶段的基本控制;再生气控制的工艺流程,各个关键阀门和参数的控制;分子筛的工作步骤和再生加热系统之间的关系及如何实现2个流程之间的关联。重点描述了电炉控制的基本原理、控制策略及基于STL语言对电炉的控制逻辑进行算法函数应用,实现电炉分组控制和分阶段控制,提升了分子筛在加热步骤的加热温度控制的可靠性和稳定性。
Abstract:
Taking the molecular sieve in the regeneration heating stage of an air separation plant as an example,this paper introduces the function, working steps and basic control of the heating stage of the molecular sieve,the process flow of regeneration gas control, the control of each key valve and parameter,the relationship between the working steps of the molecular sieve and the regeneration heating system and how to realize the relationship between the two processes of.This paper focuses on the basic principle and control strategy of electric furnace control and the application of algorithm and function to the control logic of electric furnace based on STL language.It realizes the group control and stage control of electric furnace and improves the reliability and stability of the heating temperature control of molecular sieve in the heating step.
