摘要:
冶金天车是钢铁企业中铁、钢水倒运的重要设备之一,属特种设备管理范畴,如何提高冶金天车的安全性,对企业生产及安全指标至关重要。该文以如何提高冶金天车抱闸控制安全性为研究对象,详细介绍了冶金天车抱闸控制原理以及现用控制方式存在的不足,设计了一种基于PLC双通道输出串联控制冶金天车抱闸制动器的装置,对提高冶金天车抱闸输出的安全可靠性,降低冶金天车对地面岗位人员人身安全及设备安全具有十分重要的意义。
Abstract:
The metallurgical crane is one of the important equipment for the backward transportation of iron and steel in iron and steel enterprises, which belongs to the management category of special equipment,how to improve the safety of the metallurgical crane is very important to the production and safety index of the enterprise.In this paper, how to improve the safety of the holding brake of the overhead crane is the research object,and introduces in detail the control principle of the holding brake of the metallurgical overhead crane and the shortcomings of the existing control methods,this paper designed a double-channel output series control device based on PLC to hold brake of metallurgical crane.It is of great significance to improve the safety and reliability of the brake output of the metallurgical crane and to reduce the safety of personnel and equipment on the ground.
