摘要:
为节约人力成本并提高生产效率,矿热炉采用自动控制进行配料已成为主要趋势。该文利用C#高级语言、S7-1200 PLC和S7-200 SMART PLC通过S7.NET通讯协议和MODBUS通讯协议搭建了控制系统,设计了稳定、高效且经济适用的自动配料系统,并通过减重法与变频控制技术相结合实现了精准配料,提高了自动配料系统的精度和速度。该文研究的矿热炉减重法自动配料系统自投入使用后,稳定高效,满足了实际需求。
Abstract:
In order to save manpower costs and improve production efficiency, the use of automatic control has become the main trend of ore heating furnace batching . This paper uses C # high-level language, S7-1200 PLC and S7-200 SMART PLC to build a control system through S7.NET communication protocol and MODBUS communication protocol, and designs a stable, efficient and economical automatic batching system, and the accurate batching is realized by combining the weight reduction method and the frequency conversion control technology, which improves the accuracy and speed of the automatic batching system. The automatic batching system of the ore heating furnace weight reduction method studied in this paper has been stable and efficient since it was put into use, and it has met the actual needs well.
