摘要:
随着我国城镇化的发展,暖气需求量日益增大,多套锅炉系统集中供暖已成为我国供暖的主要形式;针对多套锅炉系统集中供暖的特点,该文设计一套基于ABB_PLC的锅炉集散式控制系统,利用ABB_PLC的以太网接口配置Modbus TCP/IP协议实现上位机、主站和从站间的数据传输与控制;经工程实践验证,该控制系统大大提升了系统的安全性、稳定性、可靠性、环保性和智能化程度。
Abstract:
With the development of urbanization of china, the demand for heating supply is soaring sharply. Central heating of multiple boilers’ system has become the main form of heating supply in china. According to the characteristics of central heating of multiple boilers’ system, a distributed control system of boiler based on ABB_PLC is designed. link upper compute, master station and inferior station to transfer the data transmission and control between the host computer, master station and slave station is achieved by the configuration of Modbus TCP/IP protocol of ABB_PLC Ethernet interface. The improvement of the safety, stability, environmental protection and intelligence of the control system had Verified by engineering practice.
