摘要:
针对站台门系统与信号系统接口存在的故障问题,该文提出一种对双方接口命令信号实施在线监测的方案。通过采集双方接口命令信号,采集信号经过电路调理、隔离、放大、微控制器处理后传输到人机显示界面,最终以曲线图的形式将接口信号电压实时显示。该系统设计中采用信号隔离技术,降低监测系统对双方接口设备的影响。该监测系统在站台门系统工程样机上进行了测试,结果表明该系统能够准确、可靠、实时对接口信号电压正负值进行有效的监测,从而达到对接口信号的跟踪溯源,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Abstract:
Aiming at the fault problems existing in the interface between platform screen door system and signal system, in this paper, a scheme of on-line monitoring the command signals of both sides of the interface is proposed. By collecting the command signals from both sides of the interface, after circuit conditioning, isolation, amplification and micro controller processing, the collected signal is transmitted to the man-machine display interface, finally, the interface signal voltage is displayed in the form of graph. Signal isolation technology is adopted in this system, reducing the impact of monitoring system on interface equipment of both sides. The monitoring system is tested on the platform screen door system prototype, the results show that the system can monitor the positive and negative value of interface signal voltage accurately, reliably and in teal time. So as to achieve the tracking and tracing of the interface signal, it has a certain value of popularization and application.
