摘要:
为了适应单、双发输入2种不同构型的直升机传动系统主减速试验器,最大化利用电机和变频器等设备,该文在单发输入主减速试验器建设中,引入电机串联变频器主从控制技术,设计主减速试验器驱动系统。同时介绍了该系统的选型和配置情况,以及解决双电机负荷分配和同步运行的技术难题。该驱动系统满足试验的驱动要求,投资成本低,在实际工作中具有较大的经济效益。
Abstract:
In order to adapt to two different configurations of helicopter transmission system main reducer tester with single engine input and double engine input, and maximize the use of motor and frequency converter and other equipment, in the construction of single engine input main reducer tester, motor series connection and frequency converter master-slave control technology are introduced, and the drive system of main reducer tester is designed. The selection and configuration of the system are introduced, the problem of double motor load distribution and synchronous operation is solved. The drive system not only meets the requirements of test drive, but also has low investment and has great economic benefits in practical work.
