摘要:
钢管轧制过程中要求具有连续稳定的循环冷却水供给,因此重点设计了冷水池恒压供水方式。调用西门子编程软件Step7中的连续PID功能FB41实现恒压控制,且将程序运算结果通过PROFIBUS-DP总线输出给变频器,控制水泵的转速,实现变频恒压供水。PLC与触摸屏通信,实现水泵的远程控制,提高供水系统自动化程度。
Abstract:
The circulating cooling water system of continuous and stable is required in the process of steel tube be rolled. Therefore, The mode of the constant pressure water supply is mainly designed with cold pool.The continuous PID function FB41 in Siemens programming software Step7 is used to realize constant pressure control, and the Step7 processing results are output to the frequency converter through Profibus-DP bus to control the speed of water pump and realize variable frequency constant pressure water supply. Signal communications between PLC and touch screen realize remote control of water pump and improve automation of water supply system
