摘要:
合适的温湿度是粮食长期存储的必要条件,针对粮仓温湿度监控自动化程度不高的现状,该文设计了一种基于S7-1200PLC与组态王的温湿度监控系统。下位机采用以太网通信的S7-1200PLC,完成粮仓温度的采集处理与现场控制,上位机采用组态王6.55实现无人操作功能。自动运行模式下,温湿度出现异常时,温湿度调节装置在PLC的控制下自动运行,解除温湿度报警。经反复测试,该系统可以有效的监视和控制粮仓的温湿度,具有较好的实用价值。
Abstract:
Appropriate temperature and humidity is necessary for long-term storage of grain, Aiming at the current situation of low automation of granary temperature and humidity monitoring, this paper designs a temperature and humidity monitoring system based on S7-1200PLC and Kingview。The lower computer adopts S7-1200PLC which is communicated with Ethernet to complete the collection and processing of granary temperature and field control, the upper computer uses Kingview 6.55 to realize the function of unmanned operation. The system operation mode includes automatic mode and manual mode,In the automatic mode, when the temperature and humidity are abnormal, the corresponding heater and cooling fan will automatically run under the control of PLC to remove the temperature and humidity alarm. After repeated tests, the system can effectively monitor and control the temperature and humidity of the granary, and has good practical value.
