摘要:
用故障树分析方法,对应用于某型试验机的测试系统进行了定性和定量的分析,对其可靠性进行评估。对研究对象系统的功能、原理及其故障模式进行介绍,根据所实现的功能将系统划分为四个功能相对独立的子系统。基于四个子确定系统故障树模型的顶事件,针对各个子系统分别建立故障树模型,整合后得到系统的完整故障树模型。对系统的故障树模型进行分析,定性求解最小割集,并通过最小割集计算系统的失效率和故障树底事件的关键重要度等可靠性指标。
Abstract:
By using the fault tree analysis method, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the test system applied to a certain type of testing machine is carried out, and its reliability is evaluated. The function, principle and failure mode of the research object system are introduced. According to the function, the system is divided into four relatively independent subsystems. Based on the four subsystems, the top event of the fault tree model is determined, and the fault tree model of each subsystem is established respectively. After integration, the complete fault tree model of the system is obtained. The fault tree model of the system is analyzed, the minimum cut set is solved qualitatively, and the reliability indexes such as the failure rate of the system and the critical importance of the events at the bottom of the fault tree are calculated through the minimum cut set.
