摘要:
随着社会的发展工业自动化水平不断提高,前缘送纸设备中电子凸轮的应用越来越广泛,为此设计了基于NJ控制器的前缘送纸机控制系统设计。该系统由NJ运动控制器、触摸屏、伺服驱动器、伺服电机等硬件组成,使用Sysmac Studio 软件进行编程,NJ控制器通过EtherCAT网络通信控制G5伺服,伺服电机随主轴做电子凸轮运动,实现瓦楞纸的输送动作。实际应用中控制系统具有响应迅速、稳定性高、精确定位、调节速度方便等特点。
Abstract:
With the development of society, the level of industrial automation is improving, and the application of electronic cam in the front edge paper feeding equipment is more and more widely. Therefore, the control system design of front edge paper feeding equipment based on NJ is designed. The system is composed of NJ motion controller, touch screen, servo driver, servo motor and other hardware. It is programmed by SYSMAC Studio software. NJ controller controls G5 servo through Ethernet network communication. Servo motor moves with the spindle of electronic cam to realize corrugated paper conveying. In practical application, the control system has the characteristics of quick response, high stability, accurate positioning and convenient adjustment speed.
