摘要:
为检测出自动扶梯同步率测量中扶手带的瞬停现象,解决手持式测量仪稳定性不够导致测量不准确的问题,同时满足在不同形式扶梯上安装测量仪的需要,开发了一种无线式自动扶梯同步率测量系统。由3个测量端和1个主机组成,通过nRF24L01+无线射频收发模块实现一对三通信,采用高精度霍尔旋转编码器作为测速传感器,设计了由定型管、吸盘底座组成的测量固定装置,运用串口触摸屏实现人机交互。通过实际应用及分析,表明系统能及时检出扶手带的瞬停现象,测量准确,使用便捷,对自动扶梯的同步率检测具有重要意义。
Abstract:
In order to detect the instantaneous stop phenomenon of handrail belt in the measurement of escalator synchronization rate, solve the problem of inaccurate measurement caused by the lack of stability of handheld measuring instrument, and meet the needs of installing measuring instrument on different forms of escalator, a wireless escalator synchronization rate measuring instrument was developed. It was composed of three measuring terminals and a host computer. Through nRF24L01+ radio frequency transceiver module, one-to-three communication was realized. High precision Hall rotary encoders were used as speed sensors. A measuring fixing device composed of shaping pipe and vacuum haptor was designed. Serial touch screen was used to achieve human-computer interaction. The practical application and analysis showed that the system can detect the instantaneous stop phenomenon of handrail belt in time, the measurement was accurate, and the use was convenient. It is of great significance to the detection of the synchronization rate of escalator.
