热参数测量的巨大需求是为了准确测量温度监测参数,以提高电力设备的安全性和效率,确保设备的安全运行。然而,在电力生产本身,由于各种原因,热参数测量不正确可能会不时发生,这会导致热保护系统发生故障或停止。该文总结分析了设备运行过程中常见的测温问题,提出了维护和操作解决方案。
Abstract:
The main requirements of the thermal parameter measurement are to accurately measure the thermal monitoring parameters, so as to improve the safety and efficiency of the device and equipment, and to ensure the safe operation of the device. However, in actual power generation, inaccurate measurements of the thermal parameters will occasionally occur due to various reasons, which leads to a failure or stop of the thermal protection system. This paper summarizes and analyzes the common temperature measurement problems in the equipment operation, and proposes the solutions for maintenance and operation. To improve the reliability of thermal automation system, the first thing is to ensure the accuracy of thermal measurement signal. Increasing power of device, change of device characteristics and extensive application of DCS technology make thermal automation Preparation has become the key factor in the safe and economic operation of the device. Communication problems may cause heat control errors. Some machine functions or system failures or damaged basic equipment.
