摘要:
在火电厂锅炉运行中,煤粉细度是重要的特性参数,煤粉变粗会发生锅炉灭火、结焦、高温腐蚀、再热器超温爆管、尾部受热面磨损以及燃烧效率低等一系列问题,其直接影响到锅炉的经济运行及安全性,尤其是燃煤频繁变化的锅炉,煤粉细度的影响更为重要。该文以某发电厂选用的西安科瑞自动化有限公司的煤粉细度在线检测系统的应用为例,分析测量效果及验证方式,试验结果表明该系统具有良好的测量准确性与环境适应能力,具有广泛地应用推广价值。
Abstract:
In coal-fired generating units, pulverized coal fineness is a very important characteristic parameter, which is closely related to a series of problems such as boiler fire extinguishing, coking, high-temperature corrosion, reheater overtemperature tube explosion, tail heating surface wear and low combustion efficiency, and directly affects the economic operation and safety of the boiler. The coal fineness changes frequently, especially for boilers. This paper mainly introduces the application effect and verification method of the pulverized coal fineness on-line detection system of Xi’an Kerui Automation Co., Ltd. selected by the power plant, and shares the test and analysis results with practical value to the readers. The test results show that the system has good measurement accuracy and environmental adaptability, and has wide application and popularization value.
