摘要:
针对传统油田注汽站人工抄表模式效率低下,难以实时掌控锅炉动态运行参数,不利于提升能源使用效率问题,提出一种基于物联网的多传感器网络平台油田注汽站能耗监测技术。利用先进通信技术与物联网技术,对传统工艺流程进行网络化、信息化改造,通过网络实现远程抄表,自动记录,并对数据进行智能分析。系统的实施,可改变注汽站能源管理方式,实现能源管理在线实时监测、统计与分析,有效减少能耗、降低工人劳动强度、提升企业效益,具有较强的实用意义。
Abstract:
In view of the low efficiency of manual meter reading mode in traditional oilfield steam injection stations, and it is difficult to control the boiler dynamic operation parameters in real time, which is not conducive to the improvement of energy use efficiency, an energy consumption monitoring technology based on a multi-sensor network platform is proposed.Using advanced communication technology and Internet of Things technology, the traditional process is networked and information-based transformed, realizing remote meter reading, automatic recording through the network, and conducting intelligent analysis of the data.The implementation of the system can change the energy management mode of steam injection station, realize online real-time monitoring, statistics and analysis of energy management, effectively reduce energy consumption, reduce workers labor intensity and improve enterprise efficiency, which has strong practical significance.
