摘要:
为了满足换流站不同用途继电器高效校验需求、避免错检和漏检事故发生,首先对比了换流站常用多用途继电器的特点,分析了目前继电器校验存在的问题;其次提出了一种对多用途继电器进行校验的智能化装置设计方案,分析了该装置的功能、整体架构、供电电源和对外通信方式;最后研究了所设计校验装置的测试方案,并与继电器传统校验方案进行了对比。结果表明,所给方案可随时随地对不同用途继电器进行批量校验,实现校验信息多端交互共享,智能化程度和工作效率高,对继电器新型校验装置的研制具有较大的指导价值。
Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of high-efficiency verification of different purpose relays in converter stations and avoid occurrence of wrong detection and missed detection accidents, firstly, characteristics of common multi-purpose relays in converter stations are compared, and existing problems are analyzed in relay verification. Secondly, a design scheme of intelligent device is proposed for multi-purpose relay verification, and functions, overall architecture, power supply and external communication mode of the device are analyzed. Finally, the test scheme of the designed calibration device is studied and compared with the traditional calibration scheme of relay. The results show that the proposed scheme that is given in this paper can carry out batch verification of relays for different purposes in anytime and anywhere, realize the interactive sharing of verification information at multiple ends, has high intelligence and work efficiency, and has great guiding value for development of relay new verification device.
