摘要:
随着含能材料生产过程中视频监控点位数量增多,为了避免人工监控造成生产异常情况的遗漏,采用智能识别技术对违规行为进行管控,开展了智能化视频监控体系研究。以太原市某厂为例,结合管控需求确定了4项需要实现智能管控的项目;以9种基本框架为基础,提出了4项智能视频识别算法及系统的整体设计方案。在实施管控后,人员不安全行为的发生率降低至最大值的16%以下,物料不安全状态的报警次数增加至管控前的12倍。通过对比管控前后的变化,提出了4项可能影响智能管控效果的因素。
Abstract:
With the increasing number of video monitoring points during the energetic materials production, in order to avoid the omission of abnormal production conditions caused by manual monitoring, intelligent identification technology is used to control violations, and intelligentvideo monitoring system research is carried out. Taking a factory in Taiyuan as an example, fouritems that need to be controlled by video recognition are determined by the control requirements. Based on nine basic frameworks, four intelligent video recognition algorithm and system design scheme are proposed.After the control is implemented, the human unsafe behaviors decrease to less than 16% of the ma-ximum value, and the number of alarms for unsafe status of materials increases to 12 times than before. By comparing the changes before and after the control, four factors that may affect the effect of intelligent control are proposed.
