摘要:
为进行部组件级航天产品温湿度监测与实验研究,开发了一种通用温湿度测量系统上位机,其目的是将终端机发出的温湿度量进行可视化显示和存储。基于MATLAB GUI开发环境,采用RS232串口通信方式,以数据首字母A~P作为16路温度数据判断依据,数据保存为文本文件;以数据首字母a~p作为16路湿度数据判断依据,数据保存至文本文件。通过数据曲线显示界面和监测系统界面,将16路温度数据和16路湿度数据以实时曲线的形式显示在当前16路温度分布和湿度分布彩色图中;软件串口配置界面可配置串口通信的COM口、波特率、奇偶校验位、数据位和停止位;软件串口调试界面可以接收终端机数据,判断串口通信是否正常。经实验调试,该系统运行稳定,可应用于多种需温湿度监测现场。
Abstract:
In order to monitor the temperature and humidity of space products at the component level, the upper computer of a general temperature and humidity measurement system is developed, which aims at visualizing and storing the temperature and humidity measurement sent by the terminal. Based on MATLAB GUI development environment, RS232 serial communication mode was adopted. The first letter of data A~P was used as the basis for the judgment of 16-channel temperature data, and the data was saved as text files. Start with letters a to p as the basis for determining the 16-channel humidity data, and save the data to a text file. Through the data curve display interface and the monitoring system interface, the 16 channel temperature data and 16 channel humidity data can be displayed in the form of real-time curves in the current 16 channel temperature distribution and humidity distribution color map; COM port, baud rate, parity check bit, data bit and stop bit of serial communication can be configured in the serial port configuration interface of software. The serial port debugging interface of the software can receive data from the terminal to judge whether the serial port communication is normal. The experimental debugging proves that the system runs stably and can be applied to various temperature and humidity monitoring sites.
