摘要:
采用变频调速技术对水泥电杆厂电杆成型的设备、技术进行改造。在分析电杆成型中的技术要求后,使用变频器对三相异步电动机进行低、中、高三速运行,取代原系统中的三相并励整流子电机。该文通过计算选取了三相异步电动机的型号、容量,变频器的容量,制动电阻的大小,并设计了PLC控制变频器的系统方案,设置了变频器参数。新系统与原系统运行相比,提高了系统运行的平稳性、工作的可靠性、操作与维护的方便性,提高了产品质量,并可节电12%,给企业带来较大的经济效益。
Abstract:
Using variable frequency speed regulation technology on cement pole factory pole molding equipment, technical reconstruction. In the analysis of requirements of telegraph pole shaping of the technology, use the frequency low, the three-phase asynchronous motor running, Gao Sansu, to replace the original system of three phase shunt commutator motor. This paper selects the three-phase asynchronous motor model, capacity calculation, capacity of inverter, Braking resistance, and design the system scheme of PLC inverter control, the inverter parameter settings. The new system compared with the original system, To improve the stationarity, work system operation reliability, operation and maintenance convenience, improve product quality, and can save 12%, bring greater economic benefits to the enterprise.
