摘要:
从分析表征离心压缩机喘振发生时的动态压力特性入手,揭示离心压缩机的出、入口及叶轮处的动态压力信号对研究压缩机喘振主动控制的重要意义。随后在800 kW离心压缩机系统上设计了动态压力测量的NI测试系统,并用LabVIEW进行软件开发和实现。为致力于研究离心压缩机系统特性、喘振机理及主动控制方法的工程技术人员提供了搭建测试系统的设计原则和实现方法,具有重要的参考价值。
Abstract:
Surge of centrifugal compressor is the unsteady flow process, the effective parameters of dynamic pressure characteristic of this process is analyzed. This illustrates that measurement and analysis of the dynamic pressure signal of centrifugal compressor at the exit, entrance and impeller is of great significance to study the active control of compressor surge. Then the NI test system is designed based on the 800KW centrifugal compressor, which is suitable for the measurement of dynamic pressure of centrifugal compressor, and the software carried out by the LabVIEW. This paper provides the design principles of constructing test research and implementation method of the system for engineers and technicians, who committed to the research of system characteristics of centrifugal compressor, surge mechanism and active control method of surge.
