某厂生产的液硫输送至造粒系统,经过造粒系统处理后包装出产。若造粒系统因仪表出现故障而不能正常运行,将导致液硫无法及时处理,液硫池装满以后将导致装置停车。该文介绍了造粒系统结构及仪表常见故障,重点讨论了仪表常见故障的处理过程。

production of liquid sulfur is transported to the granulation system, after granulation system processing packaging production。If the granulation system because of instrument failure should not the normal operation,It will cause the liquid sulfur cannot timely processing, Liquid sulfur pond filled with after granulation system is still not running up will cause the shut-down。This paper introduces the common faults of granulation system structure and instrument, mainly discussed the common fault of instrument and instrument process。
