摘要:
针对砂光机控制系统监控功能需求，论文设计了采用西门子人机界面MP277作为上位监控设备，S7-200PLC作为下位核心控制器的控制系统。给出了MP277设备与下位机的通信过程。着重阐述了运用组态软件WinCC flexible开发的砂光机监控界面。使用结果表明：系统的运行稳定、可靠、直观，为操作人员提供了极大的方便。
