摘要:
为研究电力机车制动缸在制动时受副风缸压力和轮对径向形变挤压时其活塞的位置控制精度,建立了制动缸气动伺服系统的数学模型;针对制动控制电压脉冲指令周期性输入的特点,结合阀芯游移方向不确定的实际工况,引入Nussbaum类型函数;基于非奇异终端滑模(NSTSM)收敛快速、鲁棒性强的优点,设计具有NSTSM的自适应迭代重复控制器(AIRC)。仿真结果表明,非奇异终端自适应迭代重复控制器(NST-AIRC)可实现外界存在较大扰动时对位置指令的近似无偏跟踪,且对参数慢时变漂移具有较强鲁棒性。
Abstract:
For the study of?position control precision of brake cylinder piston, including piston rod, brake shoe and brake disk, which was extruded by pressure from auxiliary air cylinder and radial deformation of wheelset?in the condition of braking, a mathematical model of brake cylinder pneumatic servo system was established. Nussbaum-type function was brought in to deal with uncertain direction of spool wander pertaining to the periodic instruction of brake control voltage pulse command. Adaptive iteration repetitive controller?was introduced with nonsingular terminal sliding mode in the light of its fast convergence and strong robustness. Simulation results demonstrate that AIRC with NSTSM, which boasts of approximately unbiased?tracking to input?position command under circumstances of significant pressure fluctuation?in brake cylinder, has capacity of robustness to slow time-variation parameters.
