摘要:
为了满足电动汽车功率电压等方面的要求,需要将众多电池进行一定形式的串并联。由于单体电池间的差异,会引起电荷的不平衡。充电不平衡会直接影响汽车的行驶里程,减少电池的使用周期。该文以电池SOC为均衡控制变量,设计一种具有充放电能力的充电均衡电路,电池组采用模块化结构设计,可在充电过程中随时对电池模块进行更换,并制定了充电均衡电路的控制策略。通过实验验证了所设计电路和控制策略的优越性,具有很好的均衡效果。
Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of power and voltage of electric vehicles, many batteries need to be serialized and paralleled. Because of the difference between the single cell, will cause the charge imbalance. Charging imbalance will directly affect vehicle mileage and reduce battery life. In this paper, a charging equalization circuit with charge-discharge capacity is designed with the battery SOC as the equalization control variable. The battery pack is designed with modular structure, and the battery module can be replaced at any time during the charging process. The control strategy of equalization charging circuit is established. The advantages of the designed circuit and control strategy are verified by experiments, and the equalization effect is very good.
