虚拟轨道列车是一种依靠胶轮走行、通过车载传感器识别路面虚拟轨道线路,保证列车在既定“虚拟轨道线路”上运行的新型地面交通工具,爬坡能力最大可达13‰。基础制动装置是虚拟轨道列车不可缺少的部分,其中制动盘直接影响列车的制动性能。该文针对虚拟轨道列车可能出现的极端工况,借助仿真软件ANSYS对制动盘进行热-机耦合仿真,并根据仿真结果分析列车制动盘的制动性能,分析制动盘在极端工况下的可靠性。
Abstract:
Virtual rail train is a new type of ground transportation tool, which depends on rubber wheel running and identifies the virtual rail line on the road through on-board sensors to ensure that the train runs on the established "virtual rail line". The maximum climbing capacity can reach 13 ‰. The basic braking device is an indispensable part of the virtual rail train, in which the brake disc directly affects the braking performance of the train. In this paper, aiming at the possible extreme operating conditions of virtual rail train, the thermal-mechanical coupling simulation of the brake disc is carried out with the help of the simulation software ANSYS, and the brake performance of the brake disc is analyzed according to the simulation results, and the reliability of the brake disc under the extreme operating conditions is analyzed.
