摘要:
在海洋石油平台设计过程中,仪表接线箱的布置主观性大、没有统一的设计标准,对于缺乏经验的设计人员十分不友好。为更加理性、科学的确定接线箱位置,该文给出了一种使用k-means聚类算法以曼哈顿距离为基础确定接线箱位置的方法。实际运用过程中,可以将聚类结果作为接线箱设置数量及定位坐标的参考值,设计人员应在参考值的基础上结合实际情况进行微调。最后,结合南海海域某平台设计项目进行案例分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
Abstract:
In the design of offshore oil platform, it is a highly subjective task for assigning the location of all instrument junction boxes (JB). Meanwhile, the design standard is not clearly, which is very unfriendly to inexperienced designers. In order to determine the location of the instrument JB more rationally and scientifically, K-means clustering algorithm with the Manhattan distance is utilized to supply potential values. The number of junction boxes and recommended location coordinates are furnished by this sophisticated clustering algorithm in practice. Furthermore, the designer should better revise those recommend values according to the situation. Finally, a case study, a platform design project in the South China Sea, is carried out to verify the effectiveness of this method.
