电网系统处于孤网运行状态时,当发电机发电量或用电负荷发生较大变化时,电网系统的频率和电压就会剧烈波动,影响电网的稳定性。为了解决孤网系统不稳定性问题,本文提出了电池储能技术,并简要阐述了电池储能技术应用方案、实现的功能及运行模式。结合电池储能技术在某公司孤网系统中的应用情况,并通过仿真试验和现场验证,证实采用了电池储能的技术方案完全满足孤网安全运行的要求,达到了预期目标。

When the grid is working as an isolated system, frequency and voltage of the isolated grid may fluctuate due to big change in the power generation or loads of the generator. The stability of the whole isolated grid is then impacted. To solve this instability, a battery energy storage technology is present in this paper. And a technical proposal, its functions and operating mode of the battery energy storage technology is briefly described. Besides, with combination of the battery energy storage applied in the isolated grid of a company, through simulation test and verification at site, the technology is proved to be satisfied to safety requirement of the isolated grid.
