摘要:
信息化和数据开放共享是水利行业发展的必然趋势。该文系统由操作层、采集层、控制层和设备层构成了泵站自动化系统。双冗余PLC系统构成控制层,通过采集层的物联网关模块实现控制层与操作层间通信,通过ProfiNET总线技术实现控制层与设备层的通信。采用WINCC WEB Navigate技术开发系统监控程序,可使操作员通过手机或浏览器在本地或远程对系统进行监控。系统集成了PLC、物联网及云通信等技术,使信息技术与水利工程融合,提高泵站管理水平,减轻人工运行成本,避免因故障报警发现不及时造成事故,促进数据开放共享。该系统的研制具有重要的科研和应用价值。
Abstract:
Informatization and open data sharing are the inevitable trends of the development of the water conservancy industry. This system consists of operation layer, acquisition layer, control layer and equipment layer to constitute the pump station automation system.The dual redundant PLC system constitutes the control layer. The communication between the control layer and the operation layer is realized through the IoT gateway module of the acquisition layer, and the communication between the control layer and the device layer is realized through the ProfiNET bus technology. Using WINCC WEB Navigate technology to develop system monitoring program, the operator can monitor the system locally and remotely through mobile phone or browser. The system integrates PLC, Internet of Things, cloud communication and other technologies to integrate information technology with water conservancy projects, improve the management level of pumping stations, reduce labor operating costs, avoid accidents caused by untimely detection of fault alarms, and promote data openness and sharing. The development of the system has important scientific research and application value.
