In order to study the overshoot of bottom blowing flow control in 1# injection line and the problem of once slag and steel injection in 1# ladle in refining process of vacuum decarbonization furnace for stainless steel, this paper analyzes and studies the flow meter comparison experiment of two injection lines, the comparison experiment of the thermal mass flowmeter and the regular verification flowmeter, the selection of the thermal mass flowmeter, the measurement of the thermal mass flow-meter and the performance of the regulating valve, it is concluded that there is stagnation between 10%~20% valve positions of bottom blowing control valve of 1# ladle, zero point adjustment of 1# flowmeter when the pressure difference between front and back is not zero, from the flow-meter before the installation of comparison, comparison and improve the use of flowmeter program alarm function of the three aspects of solutions.
