摘要:
为了提高舰载设备的转速采集精度与抗干扰能力,保障舰船设备的安全稳定运行,采用巴特沃斯滤波器设计了一种能够实时高精度检测接近开关传感器输出脉冲信号并对输入接线断线状态进行实时检测的电路。分析了转速采集电路、巴特沃斯低通滤波电路、断线检测电路的原理与设计方法。通过转速采集电路实现了接近开关输出脉冲信号的实时采集,通过三阶巴特沃斯滤波器滤除了输入信号中混杂的高频干扰信号,同时传感器断线检测电路可以实时判断传感器输入通路的断路状态。仿真及实测结果表明,所设计的转速采集电路性能稳定,精度较高,抗干扰能力强,对比传统转速采集装置更加可靠。可进一步推广应用到需要精确可靠监测旋转设备转速的复杂环境场合。
Abstract:
In order to improve the speed acquisition accuracy and anti-interference ability of shipboard equipment, and ensure the safe and stable operation of shipboard equipment, a circuit that can detect the output pulse signal of proximity switch sensor in real time with high accuracy and can detect the status of input wiring disconnection in real time is designed based on Butterworth filter. The principle and design method of speed acquisition circuit, Butterworth low-pass filter circuit and broken line detection circuit are analyzed. Real time acquisition of the output pulse signal of the proximity switch was realized through the speed acquisition circuit, and the mixed high-frequency interference signal in the input signal was filtered through the third-order Butterworth filter. At the same time, the sensor disconnection detection circuit can judge the open circuit status of the sensor input channel in real time. The simulation and actual measurement results show that the designed speed acquisition circuit has stable performance, high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and is more reliable compared to traditional speed acquisition devices. It can be further promoted and applied to complex environments that require precise and reliable monitoring of rotating equipment speed.
