摘要:
在应变片式扭矩传感器中,应变片与弹性元件之间的粘合剂发生蠕变或疲劳,导致传感器的输出信号与实际扭矩值之间存在零点漂移,从而降低传感器的测量精度。因此,提出应变片式扭矩传感器误差自动校正方法。基于应变片式扭矩传感器的工作原理,通过零点漂移误差与传感器输出之间的关系,建立应变片式扭矩传感器的测量误差模型。由此,利用传统椭球拟合算法通过拟合测量数据来逼近真实的误差分布,构建应变片式扭矩传感器误差校正模型,并将其转化为椭球曲面方程式。通过求解扇形面上所有点坐标的椭球曲面代数距离平方和最小值,拟合得到最佳椭球参数,实现误差校正。实验结果表明,经由所提方法校正后,应变片式扭矩传感器的输出总模量与参考场之间拟合度较高,且将均方根误差保持在0.3以下,可以实现精准的应变片式扭矩传感器误差校正。
Abstract:
In strain gauge torque sensors, the adhesive between the strain gauge and the elastic element undergoes creep or fatigue, resulting in zero drift between the output signal of the sensor and the actual torque value, thereby reducing the measurement accuracy of the sensor. Therefore, an automatic error correction method for strain gauge torque sensors is proposed. Based on the working principle of strain gauge torque sensors, a measurement error model of strain gauge torque sensors is established through the relationship between zero drift error and sensor output. Thus, using traditional ellipsoid fitting algorithms to approximate the true error distribution by fitting measurement data, a strain gauge torque sensor error correction model is constructed and converted into an ellipsoid surface equation. By solving for the minimum sum of squared algebraic distances of all points on the fan-shaped surface, the optimal ellipsoid parameters are fitted to achieve error correction. The experimental results show that after correction by the proposed method, the fitting degree between the output total modulus of the strain gauge torque sensor and the reference field is high, and the root mean square error is kept below 0.3, which can achieve accurate error correction of the strain gauge torque sensor.
