摘要:
基于水平准线偏差的应用原理,针对双目标平行光管数字水准仪检定装置,提出1种互检法的溯源思路。数字水准仪检定装置是1种专用型计量标准装置,可用于光学式水准仪和数字式水准仪的检定。该检定装置主要由2支平行光管组成,光管内部的分划板具有标准条码分划影像。相同的2支平行光管呈对径方向设立作为观测的双目标。该装置按要求建立的水平准线应不大于2″;根据水平准线偏差的误差来源及相关实验数据分析数字水准仪检定装置核心技术指标测量结果的不确定度,结果验证显示该方法建立水平准线的测量结果不确定度优于0.6″,该思路构建的校准方法完全满足量值传递的技术要求,为深入研究数字水准仪检定装置的溯源奠定了良好的基础。
Abstract:
Based on the application principle of horizontal guideline deviation, this paper proposes a traceability approach using mutual inspection method for the verification device of dual-target parallel light pipe digital level. The digital level verification device is a dedicated standard equipment for verification, which can be used for the verification of optical levels and digital levels. The verification device mainly consists of a parallel light pipe with built-in standard barcode grating images. Two identical parallel light pipes are set up diametrically opposite each other as dual targets for observation. The horizontal guideline established by the dual-target parallel light pipes according to requirements must meet the technical requirement of a horizontal guideline deviation of ≤2″. Based on the error sources of horizontal guideline deviation and related experimental data analysis, the uncertainty of measurement results for the core technical indicators of the digital level verification device is determined. The results show that the uncertainty of measurement results for establishing horizontal guidelines using this method is better than 0.6″. The calibration method constructed based on this idea fully meets the technical requirements for value transfer, laying a good foundation for further research on the traceability of digital level verification devices.
